Hydronatal
Hydronatal is a fantastic way to stay active during and after pregnancy. The buoyancy of water reduces pressure on joints and the lower back while providing gentle resistance to help build strength and endurance. It can also help with circulation, swelling, and overall relaxation - benefits that are especially important during pregnancy and postpartum recover.
